Frisco ISD Welcomes Students Back to In-Person Instruction Thursday

After an entire summer of planning and preparing, Frisco ISD will welcome back their students to in-person instruction on Thursday since starting the school year on August 13 with remote learning, NBC 5’s Alanna Quillen reports.
