The pesky and gusty winds will be decreasing tonight. That trend will continue Thursday. It'll be a cool day, but sunny with light winds will make it a pleasant day.
Friday will be warmer and breezy once again. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s with a south wind gusting to near 30 mph.
