Rain and showers are likely this weekend. Saturday will be chilly, with highs in the upper 40s to lower 50s and periods of rainfall.

Sunday's best chance of showers is in the morning, with showers clearing by noon. Highs on Sunday will reach into the lower 60s.

Monday will be dry and warmer with highs in the upper 60s, but a cold front will drop Tuesday temperatures back into the lower to mid-50s. Another round of freezing temperatures is likely Wednesday morning.

Rain is expected to become widespread by this afternoon in through the evening remaining non severe with some areas having dry periods with brief interruptions. NBC 5 Meteorologist Ryan Jones says temperatures won't climb that high either starting the day off in the low 40s with highs in the low 50s.Β
