    City Streets Department crews are monitoring the locations and other low points in the city to ensure that blockades are in place.

    • Second Ave. Low Road
    • Sargent at Southerland
    • Frost at Oakland Channel
    • Wildwood at California Crossing
    • Goodnight at Walnut Hill
    • Sylvan Bridge at Trinity River
    • Goforth at Lanshire
