Two southbound main lanes on U.S. Interstate 75 will be closed at McDermott Drive in Allen for a bridge beam placement over McDermott Drive.
The work will begin at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 25. The right main lane will close and the center lane will close at 10 p.m. Both lanes will be open by 10 a.m. April 26.
McDermott Drive will be closed in both directions between the U.S. 75 frontage roads during this time.
Westbound traffic on McDermott will be detoured to Allen Drive, and eastbound traffic will be detoured to Bethany Drive. Detours will be marked.
