Loop 12 in Irving was shut down for several hours after a crash involving an 18-wheeler Monday morning. [[400230541,C]]
Authorities said both directions of Loop 12 were shut down after the 18-wheeler rolled between Texas 114 and Texas 183 just after 4 a.m.
As of 11:40 a.m., police said both directions of Loop 12 reopened.
Irving police said ramps to Loop 12 in the area were also shut down for a time.
No further details have been released.
