Lanes on the southbound side of Interstate 35W in Burleson have re-opened after a closure Wednesday afternoon when part of the highway "buckled," police say.
Late Wednesday evening, Burleson police tweeted:
"TxDOT has completed repairing the buckled roadway in the 100-blk of S I-35 southbound and all lanes are now open."
Only one lane of the southbound side highway was getting by south of Renfro Street, Burleson police tweeted around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
It's unknown what caused the buckling at this time.
