All lanes of northbound Interstate 35E have reopened Monday afternoon in Carrollton after a flatbed truck carrying bricks spilled them onto the highway.
The crash occurred near Whitlock Lane and Sandy Lake Road, and there were no injuries reported.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
