With row after row of designer duds, the Dallas Sample Sale at Dallas Market Hall is shaping up to be the sale of the year.
"There has never been a better sale than it is this year, and I'm not just saying that. It really is. It's much larger," said Rawlings Gilliland, of Dallas Market Hall.
Attendees will see holiday wreaths and hand towels like in previous years. And this year, the popular home decor company Global Views is making an appearance.
Shoppers can also expect designer jewelry such as embellished bracelets and cuffs. We spotted handbags and leather jackets by Kippy's.
"Look at the detail on this -- these are all Swarovski crystals," Gilliland said. "This is what they call a distressed shami. But you won't be distressed if you're wearing it, and you certainly won't be distressed for getting it for half of what you expect to."
As always, shoppers will see a lot of children's clothing.
"This is going to blow out," Gilliland said. "Everybody ought to come early."
Even menswear will be at the sample sale this year.
While you're there, pick up an angel from the NBC 5-Salvation Army Angel tree. You cannot miss the tall Christmas tree in the center of Market Hall.
Make this holiday special for a child or older person who would otherwise go without this year.
