A Christmas-themed store that is only open during the season -- and in a different location every year -- is again promising great finds for bargain hunters.
The Nowlin Trading store offers everything that has anything to do with Christmas decorations, such as tissue and wrapping paper, gift bags and ornaments.
"This is first quality. It's not seconds," said Ronnie Nowlin of Nowlin Trading. "It's not anything that we're ashamed to sell our customers."
The store is stocked with factory overrun or discontinued merchandise and packed into the most affordable space Nowlin Trading can find every season.
The only way you can ever know where to find the store is by getting on its mailing list. The store promises to send a postcard with directions every year.
This year Nowlin said he has spread out with stores on both sides of the Metroplex. One store is in Farmers Branch and the other is located in Fort Worth.
"We have so many Fort Worth customers, Burleson customers, Mansfield -- they've gotten on us, asking us if we'd put in a store here," Nowlin said.
