Ellen Terry, Realtors, and Dave Perry-Miller & Associates will join forces and unite under a single name -- Dave Perry-Miller & Associates, an Ebby Halliday Company.
Yep, you read that right, longtime luxury leader Ebby Halliday is involved in the whole deal. Halliday bought Dave Perry-Miller & Associates back in 2007 and has owned Ellen Terry, Realtors since 1995.
So why combine groups and re-brand now?
“Timing is everything, and the timing of this move meets current market needs and positions our company to better serve our clients and associates,” says Ebby Halliday Real Estate president and CEO, Mary Frances Burleson in a press release. “This natural progression of success creates a new level of synergy for these two luxury boutiques. The goal remains to be a market leader and offer clients and associates the very best tools in which to buy and sell luxury residential real estate.”
That's PR speak for "we work better together than apart," which is what Dave Perry-Miller echoed in the release.

With all those luxury Realtors under one roof, it's no wonder Ebby Halliday is part of the Luxury Portfolio International network, which features more $1 million-plus residences than any other property network.
