Head out to Uptown Tuesday night from 6-10 p.m. for the Second Annual Taste of West Village Event benefitting the North Texas Food Bank.
Stroll through the shopping center while you sample treats from a variety of restaurants, each priced at only $1. We hear tell of taquitos, fresh-squeezed limeade and watermelon fro-yo, just to name a few, and each dollar you spend provides four meals to North Texans in need.
Not to mention the fact that a slightly more generous donation of $5 will also earn you a chance to win dinner for four at one of the evening’s featured restaurants.
Once you’ve munched your fill (or while you await a second wind), you can enjoy the sounds of the Josh Goode Band, singer/songwriter Annagrey and acoustic guitarist Greg Luce. Oh, and don’t forget to pick up a few farm-fresh goodies to-go from West Village Farm-to-Market 3699.
