A Houston-based retailer that specializes in wine, spirits and gourmet food is opening its first location in North Texas.
Spec's will open on North Central Expressway near Walnut Hill in Dallas on Monday.
The chain is known for the massive size of its stores. The one in Dallas is 48,000 square feet.
Spec's plans to open two more Dallas locations in July.
