The snooty foodies over at Snooty Foodie are putting Dallas at #4 on their best cities for fine dining list.
Take this one with a grain of salt, though, as Snooty Foodie is admittedly a Dallas-based dining site, and they're pretty much trolling for an argument in their press release.
Apparently, they're ranking cities based on a "your 10 best versus ours" system, which puts NY and CHI at the top of their list, followed by San Fransisco as one spot above Big D.
