Pyles to Preview Stampede 66 With Benefit Dinner

Chef Stephan Pyles is planning a sneak peek at his new restaurant, Stampede 66, with a dinner benefiting the North Texas Food Bank.

Pyles latest spot describes its menu as "modern Texas cuisine," which should go well with Pyles' style as tasted at his eponymous restaurant Stephan Pyles.

The dinner is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 22 at 1717 McKinney Ave. in Dallas. Wine and appetizers start at 6:30 p.m., dinner and dessert are served 7:15 p.m.

Of course, as a benefit sneak peek, it's going to be a VIP event -- and the tickets will cost you three Benjamins to snag one of the limited seats.
