Five Guys to Replace Billy Miner's

Sundance Square will add a Five Guys Burgers and Fries at Houston St., replacing a part of what used to be Billy Miner's.

The new burger spot will open next to Cabo Grande and will be one of a few new retail stores within the currently under construction space where the saloon closed last September.

“There is a great demand for hamburger establishments as we have seen in the last couple of years,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square in a press release. “We wanted to find the perfect product that could operate in an urban format and Five Guys fits that role very well."

Lots of new (store)faces have appeared in the Square this year with Paciugo, Farnkie's Sports Bar, and Saviano's already open -- and more spots like The Cupcakery, Yumilicious, and the first grocery space, Oliver's Fine Foods, on the way.

We're sure adding a Five Guys to the downtown Fort Worth area will intensive the "great burger debate" between spaces like that, In-N-Out, Love Shack, Fred's, and all the other locations we accidentally forgot to mention but you'll remind us of in the comments below.
