Sizzling steaks and stunning seafood are just a sampling of what you'll find at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House.
“Hospitality is always top of mind. We are a group of people that very much enjoys taking care of people,” says General Manager Greg Kalina.
Kalina adds that the experience inside the 120-year-old building is just as important as what you're eating.
“There is a lot of rich character and rich history in all three levels of this building,” says Kalina.
All floors are designed with what the restaurant calls a classic steakhouse theme.
“You could have many different dining experiences here and it could be your tenth time to see us and the vantage points change from floor to floor and from room to room that’s really one of the magical appeals of this steakhouse,” adds Kalina.
Years ago the steakhouse used to be a clothing store.
“I hear stories from our guests all the time that they were in here buying their first alligator belt back when they were a child and their father was bringing them in. A lot of history in the building,” says Kalina.
From fashion to food, Del Frisco’s is proud of its steaks.
“We run everything from the leanest steak you can find on the menu to the most well marbled steak you can find on any menu,” says Kalina.
Kalina’s favorite might become yours as well. “I would tell you that our bone-in rib eye is absolutely fantastic. It’s truly my favorite and the lobsters of course pair with them beautifully. It’s an Australian cold-water tail. We’ve got a very unique presentation to them.”
It’s all in a place where they promise to greet you with southern hospitality.
“I’d like to tell you that there really is a unique magic that we have inside this building and I think it is a marriage of the people who work inside the building accompanied by the people that come in from outside. There’s just a love for Fort Worth and a people essence that if I could put in a bottle I would have done so years ago.”
