ZestFest will celebrate its 10th year in DFW at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas on January 27-29, 2012.
ZestFest is one of the largest events in the country focusing on the hottest and spiciest pepper products plus samples of dishes that utilize them.
Top chefs returning this year include Jon Bonnell and Lou Lambert, who will showcase their dishes throughout the event.
