Flickerstick, Menkena, and Stella Rose -- The Aardvark -- 9 p.m.
It's the last hurrah for Flickerstick, who play the final show of their "final shows" tonight at Fort Worth's Aardvark. We mainly remember the band from their apperance on VH1's "Bands on the Run," which they won. Even if that's the last time you've seen the Fort Worth-based band, stop by tonight at 9 p.m. to say a final goodbye.

    Rick Springfield -- Billy Bob's -- 10:30 p.m.
Two words: Jessie's Girl. I'd pay $15 to see Dr. Noah Drake trot out the classic '80's ballad to wanting to date a lesbian's girlfriend. Wait...Jessie is a guy, you say? Well, that changes everything...

    The O's Mural Unveiling/CD Release --Double Wide -- 5 p.m. then 10 p.m.
Local artist Frank Campagna's murals grace many of Deep Ellums walls, and now latest "it" band The O's are joining the paint party. Campagna will unveil a mural of the band at 5 p.m. in Deep Ellum before The O's play a quick live set, pack up their gear, and head out to a 10 p.m. show at the Double Wide in support of their latest CD release. Talk about your "O"-verload.
