Neimans Tricks Out Its Holiday Windows for Kids

Starting November 20, kids will be invited to crawl through the holiday windows of Neiman Marcus' downtown flagship, which will be wired with a network of transparent tunnels through kid-inspired vignettes on the "Innovations in Energy" theme.

Each of the window display's six fantasy power plants will house spinning mannequins, as well as the essays that inspired the stories, written by local elementary school students.  Neiman's is bringing the magic of childhood holidays back with the interactive display, which lets kids climb right into the window world through a sidewalk portal.

At the end of the adventure, kids can pose for a photo op that, we're guessing, Neiman Marcus is hoping will put their name on holiday cards all over Dallas.

Sadly, only children ages 4-10 will be allowed to enter the maze.
