Ty Jordan, a former West Mesquite High football player and University of Utah standout has died, the college confirmed Saturday.

Coaches, friends and student-athletes mourned the loss of former West Mesquite High School football player Ty Jordan, who died Christmas night, just days after completing his freshman football season at the University of Utah.
