This isn’t a scene from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Rescue crews responded to calls for help Thursday at the Mars M&M plant in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, after two employees fell into a tank used to store chocolate.

Mars Wrigley Confectionary has announced a voluntary recall of several of its candies due to reports of thin metal strands being found inside bags in recent weeks.
