Last week a Hunt County jury found a white former Wolfe City officer Shaun Lucas not guilty of murder in the 2020 shooting death of Jonathan Price who is black. The officer’s body cam has now been publicly released.

Wolfe City police released former police officer Shaun Lucas’ body camera video showing the shooting of Jonathan Price. NBC DFW has paused the video when the deadly shots are fired out of sensitivity but the sound has been unedited. The video plays out after the shots were fired.

It took jurors about six hours to find former Wolfe City Officer Shaun Lucas not guilty in the shooting death of Jonathan Price. It’s been nearly 2-years since the shooting happened. Meredith Yeomans reports.
