Thief Makes Off With Trailer, $50K of Energy Drinks

Dallas police are on the lookout for a thieving semi driver that made off with a 7-UP trailer containing $50,000 worth of energy drinks.

Workers at the Dr Pepper/Snapple distribution facility at 4040 Pipestone in Dallas reported to police that someone in a white semi-cab drove onto the lot, hooked up a trailer, and drove off.

Distribution workers said inside that trailer was $50,000 worth of Monster Energy Drink.

The trailer itself isn't cheap either. According to the police report on the theft, the trailer is valued at $35,000.

Workers said the trailer itself might be easier to find due to its paint job. The trailer has 7-UP all over the sides in three shades of green and the only two others painted in the same way are safely in the distribution center's parking lot.
