All lanes are open on U.S. Highway 380 in Cross Roads are closed after a tractor trailer struck an overpass Monday afternoon, police say.
A semi carrying "over-sized" load struck the overpass of U.S. Highway 377 and got stuck under it, according to the Northeast Police Department.
Officials with the Texas Department of Transportation arrived on the scene and declared the overpass secure, so it was reopened.
Some lanes in each direction of Highway 380 were closed until about 8 p.m. Monday, police said.
