Students Parody Popular Commercials

School uses commercials to sell education

A North Texas high school is using good old-fashioned advertising to sell its students and teachers on important educational ideas.

West Mesquite High School produced several parodies of the Mac versus PC ads and the Sonic commercials we've all seen.

The idea is to creatively encourage students to think about their post-high school careers, and get teachers to abandon some of their traditional teaching methods and incorporate high-tech tools that will more effectively engage kids.
