It's Tuesday, and we're surprised the Texas Rangers' Opening Day game against the Philadelphia Phillies isn't still going. Twenty-four runs. More hits. Even more pitches. Yuck.
With some time to think about the hitfest, let's take a look back at some winners and losers from the big day at Globe Life Park.
Winners
Alex Rios — Rios hit a big three-run bomb off Cliff Lee that briefly gave the Rangers a 7-6 lead after they fell behind 6-0 in the top of the second inning. He also beat out an infield single on a grounder to shortstop, showing the versatility of the Rangers' right fielder, who can hit for power and has the speed to steal 40 bases. He's in for a big year.
J.P. Arencibia — It's just one game, but Arencibia flashed some skills with the bat in his hand after an awful spring at the plate that followed a pretty awful, well, entire career.
Josh Wilson — Making the start at second base for the injured Jurickson Profar, Wilson might have earned himself some more starts after a 2-hit day that included a bases-clearing double. He did have a botched play at second base that Profar likely would have made, but no one was expecting his day at the plate.
Losers

Alexi Ogando — Man, we were really hoping for more than that when the Rangers went to Ogando. Back in the bullpen where he belongs, it seems he could be a versatile reliever capable of filling the Robbie Ross role of going multiple innings to hold a lead. He certainly didn't show that on Monday as he allowed five baserunners out of the nine hitters he faced. He was awful.
Globe Life — One of the worst bits ever witnessed at the newly named Globe Life Park in Arlington was the Dot Race cancelation via fake news report about how the dots had set their GPS to the Globe Life headquarters in McKinney, only to bring them out the next inning via motorcycle cop escort, real motorcycle cops and all. It was some awful self-promotion and something we'll hopefully never see again.
Rangers fans — Disgusting. Unfortunately, a select few number of idiots forced the club to make a public apology.
