Who's On, Who's Not?: June 25

In a weekly staple, we'll discuss who's in a groove and who's in a rut for the Texas Rangers.

Who's On?

Adrian Beltre โ€” Beltre had four hits on Tuesday night to run his average over his last five games up to .400, but over that time he has just one extra-base hit โ€” a double โ€” and just one RBI. Beltre has been hot for quite some time, but the Rangers aren't seeing the benefit.

Leonys Martin โ€” Thriving in the leadoff role, Martin is hitting .375 over the last five games. As a sub for Dan Robertson on Tuesday, he went 1-for-2 and drove in one of the Rangers' two runs on a ninth-inning double.

Nick Martinez โ€” His last start was a dandy against the Angels, as he went seven innings giving up two runs on three hits. He was perfect through six innings in what easily his best start of his young career.

Who's Off?

Unfortunately, every other starting pitcher besides Martinez, and every other lineup regular except for Elvis Andrus. Things aren't going well.
