Complete List of US Olympians Competing in Tokyo Games

Team USA will feature over 600 athletes at the Tokyo Olympic Games

NBCUniversal Media, LLC

The Opening Ceremony for the 2020 Olympics is just a day away, and Team USA is ready to compete on the global stage. After 558 athletes represented the U.S. in the 2016 Rio Games, the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee announced a roster of 613 athletes for the Tokyo Games. It’s the fourth-largest Olympic team in history and largest for a non-host country.

From traditional sports like track and field, swimming and gymnastics to brand new sports like skateboarding, surfing and 3x3 basketball, Team USA will be battling for medals across the Olympic slate. Some athletes had to earn their trip to Tokyo at the U.S. Olympic Trials, while others earned their spots over the last five years.
