The Dallas Stars try to break up a three-team logjam at sixth place in the NHL Western Conference tonight as they play the Blue Jackets at Columbus, Ohio.
The Stars, Blue Jackets and Anaheim Ducks are all tied for sixth in the conference.
Dallas has won eight of their last 11, but Columbus has won 14 of 22 since Christmas.
Both have gotten stellar play lately from their goaltenders, with veteran Marty Turco saving the Stars and rookie Steve Mason guarding the Columbus pipes.
