Reports: RB Alfred Morris to Visit Valley Ranch Monday

Morris made two Pro Bowls in four seasons with the Washington Redskins

After signing running back lance Dunbar to a one-year deal on Thursday, the Dallas Cowboys continue to look at their options where the backfield is concerned.

According to multiple sources, the Cowboys will host former Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris on a free agent visit on Monday.

Morris has posted 4,713 yards over the past four seasons, which, as Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News points out, is more than anyone not need Adrian Peterson in that span.

But he saw his production and workload seriously decrease in 2015, when he had career lows in carries (202) and yards (751).

The 27-year-old is a two-time Pro Bowler, and owner of the Redskins’ single season rushing record, with 1,613 yards back in 2012.
