The Texas Rangers signed Jurickson Profar's brother, Juremi, last year.
Before you get your hopes of, Juremi Profar isn't a big-league prospect and will most likely never see the field at Globe Life Park. But then again, Jurickson Profar probably won't either, but I digress.
The Rangers made another splash on Thursday when they signed the younger brother of another middle infield prospect, who just so happens to now be a slam dunk as the Rangers' Opening Day second baseman.
So who is Rougned Odor's little brother? Well, his name is Rougned Odor.
Yes, you read it correctly. Rougned's little brother is named Rougned.
Rougned Odor was already one of the most unique, awesome names in baseball, and now there are two of them. Maybe one day we'll see a Rougned Odor to Rougned Odor double-play combination? We can only hope.
