New Cowboys wide receiver Randall Cobb has a very clear reason why he decided to sign with Dallas as a free agent this off-season.
"If you're not competing to win a championship, I don't know why you are here," Cobb said. "We have the pieces. It's about making the plays when we get those opportunities and those chances."
Cobb signed with the Cowboys after eight seasons playing on the Green Bay Packers with quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and while he is making plays on the practice field, the change in scenery does come with some new challenges.

"It's going well, I feel really comfortable with the offense," Cobb said. "But I want it to be second nature to me and that takes time."
And Cobb's impact with the Cowboys goes well beyond just on-the-field. He's already been a great leader for a young wide receiver group in Dallas.
"He's always telling me something that was different and a little bit better," said Cowboys wide receiver Michael Gallup. "He's definitely a smart player and I appreciate his wisdom."
Football wisdom Cobb is quick to share, while he continues to learn the Cowboys offense, all in hopes of capturing his first Super Bowl championship in his career.
