Dallas Cowboys

Prescott Remains No. 1 on NFLPA Player Sales List

There comes a certain level of popularity when you’re the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys. Hall of Famers Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman can attest to this. So can Tony Romo.

Dak Prescott has also made the list.

The current Cowboys quarterback remains No. 1 on the NFLPA’s Top 50 Player Sales List, based on total sales of all officially licensed NFL player-identified merchandise. It’s the second straight quarter Prescott was ranked No. 1. The results were calculated by tracking the year-to-date data from March 1 to November 30.

Last February, Prescott debuted at No. 8 on the list. He’s just the third quarterback to reach the top spot more than once, joining the Patriots’ Tom Brady and Seahawks’ Russell Wilson. Prescott is also the third player to hold the top spot in back-to-back quarters, joining Wilson and Cowboys teammate Dez Bryant.

Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is No. 2 overall, a spot he has held for three consecutive quarters. Both Elliott and Prescott have now occupied two of the top three spots on the last four lists. Bryant is No. 11 and tight end Jason Witten is No. 14.
