Power Rankings: NFC East

In a weekly post, we'll talk about where teams in the NFC East sit after each weekend of play.

1. Dallas Cowboys (9-4) — Much like the Baylor-TCU argument and the College Football Playoff committee, we're placing the Cowboys in the top spot based on last week's performance which was a thorough dismantling of a bad Bears team on the road in primetime. DeMarco Murray is as good as ever despite being on an alarming pace for workload, and Tony Romo was back to being great after a rough day on Thanksgiving Day in the Cowboys' blowout loss to the Eagles.

2. Philadelphia Eagles (9-4) — Yes, the Eagles won the first head-to-head meeting with Dallas two weeks ago, and did it in convincing fashion. Then, Mark Sanchez & Co. responded by putting up 139 total yards last week against the Seahawks. It was an ugly, ugly performance for Chip Kelly's offense, and now the Eagles have to deal with a revenge-minded Dallas team coming in on 10 days of rest and preparation.

3. New York Giants (4-9) — The Giants are bad, but they have their moments. Most of those moments recently have involved rookie phenom wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. He's worth the time to watch the Giants alone.

4. Washington Redskins (3-10) — The Redskins are LOL bad, which makes their win over the Cowboys even more perplexing. Their quarterback situation is an absolute mess and now they're getting trolled by opposing head coaches at opening coin tosses.
