2015 stats: 64 tackles, 3 interceptions, 15 pass breakups
The Rams weren't that good in 2015, but their defense continued to be the strength of their team and Jenkins was a big reason for that. The former Florida Gators standout was a huge playmaker in the Rams' secondary and might be one of the most dynamic playmakers on the free agent cornerback market.
He'd most likely be cheaper to sign than guys like Prince Amukamara and definitely Josh Norman, but he'd still provide a nice upgrade in terms of playmaking ability over a guy like Brandon Carr, who is a solid corner but hasn't had an interception in what seems like about five years.
