Place Your Bets: Wild Card Weekend

If you live in Nevada, Oregon, Montana or Delaware, you're in luck. Otherwise, go to Canada or Europe and get your bet on for the NFL weekend! All games are Sunday unless otherwise noted.

1. Arizona at Carolina (-6.5), Saturday — The Cardinals are a mess, which is unfortunate considering just a few weeks ago they were in the driver's seat for homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. Now, they're a Wild Card team on the road to face a team with a losing record, and they're most likely going to lose. The Cardinals are down to QB No. 3 and their stellar defense has been really suspect in recent weeks. Cam Newton is playing like rookie Cam Newton, and the Panthers defense has been great.

2. Baltimore (+3) at Pittsburgh, Saturday — Usually when these two teams meet, it's a defensive battle that goes down to the final minutes. This game won't be too much different. The Steelers are now officially without star running back Le'Veon Bell, which will hurt a ton considering their backup is someone I've never heard of and they just signed Ben Tate off the street.

3. Cincinnati at Indianapolis (-3.5) — The Colts are at home, and that's a tough proposition for opponents, especially with a raucous playoff crowd in the house. Andrew Luck has been struggling as of late, but Andy Dalton is historically awful in the postseason, so you can expect more of the same on Sunday.

4. Detroit at Dallas (-6.5) — The line opened at 8 points, and now it's dwindled more and more, probably because of the overturned suspension of Lions All-Pro defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. But it shouldn't matter that much. The 6.5-point line makes the Cowboys a slam dunk. A touchdown difference, and you win. With the way the Cowboys' offense is going — averaging better than 40 points per game in December — the Cowboys just have too much firepower.

Last week: 2-3. 2014 season: 35-44-1.

(Yes, it's been an awful season!)
