If you live in Nevada, Oregon, Montana or Delaware, you're in luck. Otherwise, go to Canada or Europe and get your bet on for the NFL weekend! All games are Sunday unless otherwise noted.
1. Carolina at New Orleans (-10.0) — Yes, it's a big, double-digit line. But the Saints are at home, the Panthers are awful, and Drew Brees & Co. are still fighting for a playoff spot in the NFL's worst division. The Saints' offense isn't what it used to be, but when it's facing the Panthers' defense, it'll look like days of old. Expect a blowout.
2. Houston (-5.5) at Jacksonville — The Texans are a pretty good football team. J.J. Watt is probably worth 5.5 points himself, and they'll have a seemingly healthy Arian Foster in the lineup after his big return last week. The Jaguars, as bad as they are, beat the Giants last week and did it without several of their young playmakers who are on the injury list, highlighted by young receiver Allen Robinson. The Jaguars don't have a homefield advantage, so give me the Texans.
3. New York Jets at Minnesota (-6.0) — Teddy Bridgewater is starting to figure it out, and the Vikings defense has been quietly pretty darn good this year. A pretty solid defense, at home, against Geno Smith and that putrid Jets offense? Give me the Vikes.
4. San Francisco (-8.0) at Oakland — The 49ers are coming off a tough home loss to a very good Seahawks team that is trending upward. The Raiders, who have one win on the season, got throttled by the Rams last week in an embarrassing 52-0 loss. The Niners have their warts, but their defense will bounce back against the Raiders in what should be a pretty low scoring game. Don't be shocked if the Raiders are shut out once again.
5. New England (-3.5) at San Diego — Remember seeing Tom Brady pretty frustrated last week with the fact that his team was going to lose a game after the Patriots had reeled off seven straight wins? When Tom Brady loses, Tom Brady gets angry, and you don't want to mess with angry Tom Brady. The Chargers started hot this season but then faded thanks to a suspect defense and a lack of downfield threat in the passing game for Philip Rivers. This game will be fairly close, but give me the Pats by at least a touchdown.
