If the Philadelphia Eagles want to part with Nick Foles, there are reportedly several teams open to make a deal for the quarterback.

According to a report on
, whether or not the Eagles would be open to dealing the 26-year-old was a major talking point among scouts at the Senior Bowl last week. The St. Louis Rams have expressed interest in Foles, as have the Houston Texans and the Tennessee Titans.

"Love him," an unnamed NFL coach said of Foles in the report. "Right now I would put him in the second or third tier of quarterbacks, but I think he is right on the cusp of being in the top tier at the position."

Earlier reports had the Eagles seriously considering trading up in the upcoming draft in an attempt to land Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota. Eagles coach Chip Kelly recruited Mariota to Oregon and coached him for two seasons there.

Of course, it’ll be difficult for the Eagles to move up enough to have a real shot at the Heisman Trophy winner, and Foles has said he expects to return.

"I expect to be back here," he said. "I expect to be the quarterback. I love my teammates, and I expect to be back out there leading them and winning some games. I'm excited to come back better than I ever have been."
