Mavericks Take on Rival Spurs in San Antonio

Tough back to back games provide test for team

The Dallas Mavericks take on the winless San Antonio Spurs Tuesday night in San Antonio.

The Mavs look to shake off Monday's loss to Cleveland at the AAC where the Cavs went on a 13-0 run late in the game to put the Mavericks away 100-81.

LeBron James scored 29 points for Cleveland, Dirk Nowitzki was held to 8 points on 3-of-11 shooting.

The Dallas Mavericks are 1-2 going into San Antonio.

The Spurs are still looking for their first win after three games while waiting for the return of Manu Ginobili.

He's out until next month while recovering from ankle surgery.
