Josh Norman Calls Dez Bryant One of NFL's Top 5 Receivers

Norman was less complimentary to Bryant back on Thanksgving Day

The last time we heard Dez Bryant’s and Josh Norman’s names in the same sentence, they were spending Thanksgiving Day in each other’s faces, the Panthers’ cornerback talking a big game and backing it up as the Panthers cruised to a 33-14 win and Bryant--struggling to get back on track after returning from a broken foot--was limited to two catches for 26 yards.

It was bad enough that after the game, Norman suggested the Cowboys should ask for a refund on the $70 million deal they had just given Bryant in July.

But those feelings of ill will have passed, apparently.

In a recent appearance on NFL Total Access, Norman named Bryant as one of his Top 5 receivers in the NFL, along with Antonio Brown, Julio Jones, AJ Green and his teammate who spent 2015 sidelined with a torn ACL, Kelvin Benjamin.

He’s a beast,” Norman said of Bryant.

As you may have noticed from the list above, Norman was less forgiving about his on field exchange(s) with Odell Beckham Jr., who is conspicuously absent from Norman’s top 5.
