Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has no issue with Dez Bryant’s sideline demeanor.

Late in Thursday’s 41-28 victory over the Bears at Soldier Field in Chicago, Bryant was seen on the Dallas sideline ranting and raving. It wasn’t anything new for Bryant by any means, but sports talk figures around the country made it a talking point going into the weekend.

Bryant explained afterward that he doesn’t care if the cameras are drawn to him when he gets animated on the sideline, and his boss doesn’t seem to mind either.

He’s a teddy bear,” Jones told 105.3-FM, via the Dallas Morning News. “I’m going to tell you one thing, he’s got a passion. There’s just no stopping it. You just can’t calm him down when he gets going. He uses a lot of energy doing that. That’s his passion. And this team uses some of that passion. It’s not a negative thing.”
