Injured FC Dallas Defender Hollingshead Attends Media Day

FC Dallas defender Ryan Hollingshead was back on the soccer field during media day in Frisco.

He's still recovering from injuries that he suffered after being struck by a car in early January while helping a stranded motorist on an icy North Texas highway.

The 25-year-old suffered three broken vertebrae in his neck, and he's expected to be in a brace for six to eight weeks. He will not need surgery and is hopeful to be back in the lineup soon after.
