Fort Worth Goes Purple on Fridays

Participating businesses providing discounts for the right color

Fort Worth is going purple to support the start of TCU's football season.

Each Friday, starting Sept. 2, the city is asking employees to wear purple in support of the Frogs. They'll also be lighting up downtown in a purple hue once the sun sets.

Other businesses are aboard the "purple reign" train, including a number of stores near TCU and in Hulen Mall.
