At 76, former Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin has a new job.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have hired Kiffin as a defensive assistant. He spent the 2015 season working for the team as a consultant.

"His wealth of experience and knowledge about the game will be a tremendous asset to our entire coaching staff," Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley said, per the Dallas Morning News.

Kiffin served as the Cowboys’ defensive coordinator in 2013, and stayed on as an assistant head coach for the defense in 2014.

With 21 years coaching experience in college and 28 in the NFL, 2016 will be Kiffin’s 50th season in coaching.
