A two-time champion in a hardcore keeper league, including some know-it-all media "experts," Adam Boedeker gives his fantasy expertise on a weekly basis.
Daily fantasy is a relatively new thing, and it's something we've never tinkered with here, but now seems like a pretty good time to start with the NFL playoffs set to get underway. The numbers I'll use will be from FanDuel. I started the year with a small bankroll and I've gone through the entire season playing every week without having to put more money in, even though I'm now down to like $5. So, can I make it last the rest of the playoffs?
Here goes nothing:
QB: Ben Roethlisberger ($8,400) at CIN — Thought about Cousins here, but had to roll with Big Ben.
RB: Marshawn Lynch ($7,800) at MIN — He's back, and he's going to carry a load in brutal weather.
RB: Chris Thompson ($4,800) vs. GB — He's going to get a lot of work against a struggling defense.
WR: DeAndre Hopkins ($8,800) vs. KC — Hopkins is a can't miss option, and Texans will lean on him.

WR: Doug Baldwin ($7,300) at MIN — Who? Just look what he's done over the last 10 games or so.
WR: DeSean Jackson ($7,000) vs. GB — He and Cousins could have a field day against the Pack.
TE: Tyler Eifert ($6,400) vs. PIT — He will be A.J. McCarron's security blanket, and he's a good one.
K: Chris Boswell ($4,900) at CIN — It's a kicker. There are only so many choices. Here's a good one.
DEF: Houston ($4,600) vs. KC — J.J. Watt is always a safe bet.
So there you go. That's the roster I'm rolling with. If you haven't tried Daily Fantasy, now is a good time to give it a try.
