A two-time champion in a hardcore keeper league, including some know-it-all media "experts," Adam Boedeker gives his fantasy expertise on a weekly basis.
Stud of the Week
Philip Rivers, QB, SD — Rivers is quite simply really fun to watch, whether he's soaring or crashing and burning, he's fun to watch. At the moment, he's in the middle of his annual early- to mid-season tear that usually results in a major fade down the stretch for fantasy purposes. This week, he gets a Ravens defense that is on life support and has been torched by more than its fair share of quarterbacks this year.
Honorable mention: Cam Newton, CAR (vs. IND); Chris Johnson, ARI (at CLE); John Brown, ARI (at CLE); Stefon Diggs, MIN (at CHI).
Dud of the Week
Peyton Manning, QB, DEN — The former fantasy darling is getting to the point where he is often going to be a bench candidate, even though most Manning owners probably have him as their No. 1 quarterback on their rosters. He's simply been bad this year, and this week, he gets a Green Bay team that has more interceptions this year than passing touchdowns allowed. Look out.
Honorable mention: Derek Carr, OAK (vs. NYJ); Ryan Tannehill, MIA (at NE); Darren McFadden, DAL (vs. SEA); Amari Cooper, OAK (vs. NYJ).
