A quick look over at Hockeyfights.com shows that it was a rather busy weekend, with 12 bouts in all. Saturday night's game in Boston between the Stars and the Bruins that had Mike Modano taking his case to the press was pretty busy, with threefightsin all. In terms of news value, the arrival of Mitch Fritz as an NHL heavyweight seems to be worth noting after he tangled with Georges Laraque on Saturday night on Long Island.
But the choice for most entertaining bout as based on voting by the readers at Hockeyfights.com would have to be the tussle on Sunday afternoon between Riley Cote of Philadelphia and Steve MacIntyre of Edmonton.
