Des Bryant appears to be doing well in his recovery from offseason foot surgery.

On Tuesday, Bryant posted a short video of himself running on an anti-gravity treadmill, which isn’t a sign that the rehab process is behind him by any means, but is a sign that that process is moving along as expected—which falls in line with reports from last month that Bryant was right on schedule.

As you might remember, Bryant suffered a broken foot in the 2015 regular season opener after holding out all summer as part of a successful effort to get a long-term offer from the Cowboys. He missed five games with the broken foot initially, but after his return, it became abundantly clear that he wasn’t himself. He was ultimately placed in injured reserve on December 30.

All told, Bryant managed just 31 catches for 401 yards and three touchdowns in nine games in 2015. The year before, when he and Tony Romo were both healthy, he had 88 grabs for 1,320 yards and 16 touchdowns.
