Derrick Henry Names Dallas as Preferred Destination

Henry was given a second round grade by the NFL's draft advisory board

Alabama running back and Heisman Trophy-winner Derrick Henry announced Friday that he would enter the NFL Draft and, when asked what his preferred destination would be, he named the Dallas Cowboys.

"I feel like it has a great organization," Henry said of Dallas, per AL.com.

Henry was given a second round grade by the NFL’s draft advisory board, but he isn’t putting a lot of stock in the board’s determination.

"I feel like, just because I got my grade, it doesn't mean I'm not going to be first round," Henry said. "I feel like what I do and how I test at the combine and work out. I feel like I will be first round. There's no doubt in my mind that I won't be."

How does he plan on getting there?

"Nobody is going to outwork me," Henry said. "I'm going to push and work hard every day. I feel like hard work pushes you over the limit and makes you who you are. I'm going to work hard every day. Nobody is going to out-work me."
